Completely fill-up the online Order Form here. The delivery or pick-up date on the Order Form refers to the first delivery or pick-up date.

Juice-only programs are delivered or picked-up a day before the start of the program, succeeding deliveries are made every 3 days. For example, for a 5-day Jab, day 1 to day 3 bottles are delivered in one go on day 0 (a day before the start of the program), day 4 to day 5 bottles are delivered in one go on day 3.

All other programs are delivered or picked-up daily, a day before consumption.

Expect to hear from us via e-mail within the same business day when the Order Form is submitted. Transactions made outside our business hours will be treated as transactions meant for the next business day.

If your requested delivery or pick-up date is not feasible, we will contact you via e-mail to schedule a new date.

An Order Confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail once all details are final. Applicable delivery or pick-up charges will also be applied upon Order Confirmation.

Payments must be made only after receiving the Order Confirmation. See pricing here.

E-mail us a copy of the proof of payment (e.g. deposit slip) for verification.

Payments must be made by 3pm the day before the first delivery or pick-up date (2 days before, if for pick-up outside Metro Manila).

A Payment Confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail once the payment is verified.

For deliveries and pick-ups within Metro Manila, your order will be delivered or will be available for pick-up on the agreed date and time indicated on the Order Confirmation.

For pick-ups outside Metro Manila, we will sms you the Air Waybill (AWB) number 4 hours before the earliest estimated pick-up time. We are not able to guarantee a pick-up time because it is dependent on the earliest PAL or PAL Express flight that can accommodate the shipment. You can track the status of your order online here. Your order must be collected within 2 hours from the time of arrival since the airport cargo is not able to ensure appropriate storage.

Changes to your order can be made until 12NN the day before your delivery or pick-up date (2 days before, if for pick-up outside Metro Manila).

Your order will come with a guide on how to go about your program. Should you have any questions or concerns during your program, please don't hesitate to contact us.

It is important to immediately put the juices/soups in refrigeration at 1-4C. Please convey this information to the person receiving your order.

All juices must be consumed within 3 days after delivery or pick-up, while all soups must be consumed within 1 day after delivery or pick-up.
